Credit Tenant Lease Program

Landmark’s credit tenant lease program was created for healthcare providers that are willing to execute master leases for their new outpatient buildings because the significant majority or all the space in their buildings will be utilized for their functions and service lines and office space for employed physicians.

Landmark is the sole owner during the term of the master leases, and the ownership interests of Landmark revert to the healthcare providers that execute master leases at no cost to them — at the conclusion of their master leases.

Healthcare providers that choose Landmark’s credit tenant lease program benefit from the significant rent reductions that result from their credit-worthy master leases and avoid the financial obligations and risks that result from the development of their new outpatient buildings for their sole ownership.

Four healthcare providers that developed five new outpatient buildings and monetized three existing healthcare buildings under the credit tenant lease program of Landmark are listed below.
