University of Louisville Health Care selected Landmark to develop, own, and manage this 189,085 GSF Outpatient Medical Building. It is located on the campus of the 349-bed University of Louisville Hospital in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The OMB includes a 23,397 RSF ASC, a 9,260 RSF imaging center, and 93,679 RSF of physician office space. In addition to the ASC, imaging center, and physician office space, the OMB also includes a 7,987 RSF rehabilitation center, an 11,410 RSF women’s center, a 1,591 RSF laboratory, and an 8,622 RSF school of dentistry. A 2,618 RSF pharmacy, a 4,450 RSF branch bank, and a 4,985 RSF restaurant are located on the first floor.
