The University of Florida selected Landmark to develop a 206,713 GSF mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building next to a 100-bed hospital tower. The OMB and hospital tower were designed, developed and constructed concurrently, and the OMB and tower were completed and placed in service in 2015. One hundred percent of the surgical and diagnostic services that are required for the 100-bed hospital tower are included in the OMB Landmark was selected to develop. Public and restricted skywalks connect the OMB to the hospital tower on multiple floors.
