Summa Health Outpatient Complex

The 6-hospital Summa Health System selected Landmark to develop this 162,175 GSF Outpatient Medical Building on the campus of the 462-bed Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio. The Summa Health System owns the Outpatient Medical Building. The OMB includes a 14,734 RSF ASC, a 24,144 RSF imaging center, and 76,726 RSF of physician office space. In addition to the ASC, imaging center, and physician office space, the OMB includes an 11,952 RSF cardiac rehabilitation center, a 4,389 RSF women’s center, a 7,322 RSF in-vitro laboratory, and a 1,343 RSF cardiac education center. A 2,460 RSF pharmacy, a 1,227 RSF women’s specialty shop, a 913 RSF conference center, and a 1,800 RSF restaurant are located on the first floor.
