The 18-hospital RWJBarnabas Health selected Landmark to develop, own, and manage this 75,198 GSF mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building on the campus of the 348-bed Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. The OMB includes a 10,392 RSF ASC, a 7,578 RSF imaging center, and 31,655 RSF of physician office space. In addition to the ASC, imaging center, and physician office space, the OMB also includes a 3,662 RSF physical therapy center and a 14,250 RSF senior healthcare center.
