This mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building is located across the street from the 520-bed Beaumont Hospital in Troy, Michigan. A 500-foot skybridge connects the OMB to the Hospital.

Landmark was the full-service developer of the OMB.

Beaumont Health also selected Landmark to develop a 102,200 square foot Wellness Center in Rochester Hills, Michigan and a 61,607 square foot Outpatient Medical Building in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
