This mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building is located on the campus of the 486-bed Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Landmark developed an 899-car parking structure to meet the parking requirements of the OMB and the parking shortfall on the campus of the Saint Vincent Hospital. A skybridge connects the OMB to the parking structure and Hospital.

Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager of the OMB.
