Allegheny Health Medical Office

The 7-hospital Allegheny Health Network selected Landmark to develop this 92,182 GSF mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building on the campus of the 486-bed Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. The OMB includes a 3,748 RSF ASC, a 12,887 RSF imaging center, and 25,413 RSF of physician office space. In addition to the ASC, imaging center, and physician office space, the OMB also includes a 14,184 RSF digestive care center, a 10,393 RSF physical therapy and fitness center, a 4,374 RSF cardiovascular center, a 2,963 RSF infusion center, and a 2,030 RSF medical education center. Landmark also developed an 899-car parking structure to meet the parking requirements of the OMB.
