The 16-hospital Hackensack Meridian Health selected Landmark to develop, own, and manage this 95,540 GSF mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building. It is located on the campus of the 113-bed Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The OMB includes both I and B occupancy space. The inpatient surgical platform was developed in I occupancy space, and the physician office space and other outpatient services were developed in B occupancy space.
