Southern Illinois University and the 14-hospital Hospital Sisters Health System selected Landmark to develop, own, and manage this 91,600 GSF Outpatient Medical Building. It is located on the campus of the 439-bed St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. The OMB includes a 9,177 RSF ASC, a 6,643 RSF imaging center, and 31,378 RSF of physician office space. In addition to the ASC, imaging center, and physician office space, the OMB also includes a 16,261 RSF pediatric clinic, a 9,750 RSF physical therapy center, a 2,611 RSF diagnostic center, an 8,235 RSF OB/GYN residency program, and a 1,695 RSF laboratory. A 2,559 RSF pharmacy, a 1,436 RSF conference center, and a 676 RSF café are located on the first floor.
